Are the tutor credits I buy transferable, and what if I unsubscribe?+
Yes — purchased credits are yours to keep, and we never take them back. You can move them between your children anytime. If you unsubscribe a child, their bought credits go into your parent account to reassign to another child; unsubscribe everyone and they wait safely in your account until you're back. Purchased credits don't expire.
How does pricing work for more than one child?+
Every child is $16.99/month (so two kids is $33.98, three is $50.97). Each child gets their own profile, progress, and rewards, all managed from one parent account — up to 3 children on a single account. You can set up 3 profiles before subscribing.
Do my kids need their own logins?+
